Hazrat Jami.
The World
Is illuminated
With the radiance
Of Muhammad p.b.u.h.
My heart
Is alive due to
The meeting
Of Muhammad.
Revealed was
‘Daybreak’
In praise of
Your countenance
And the
‘Night’ in praise
Of your beauty
Spot and tresses.
One who
At his feet
Sacrificed himself
Becomes he
A leader on
The Earth.
Fortunate the eyes
That beheld
Mustafa
Fortunate the heart
That beats in
The remembrance
Of Muhammad.
Each one needs
A purpose
In this world
The qualities
Par excellence of
Muhammad is
My chief purpose.
Fortunate the
Masjid…the
Mimbar the Khanqa
Where echoes
In piety sincere
Words and precepts
Of Muhammad.
Lowly Jami
In devotion sincere
And pious
Became a slave
Of the Slaves of
The family of
Muhammad.
